Happiness And Truth

Happiness is linked with truth. Some things are true,whether we choose to believe them or not. All Men want to be happy. The truth of this statement is so obvious that it barely needs mentioning. Yet Men often fail to discover the one sure path to happiness. Happiness does not consist in getting what we want.

It is on the narrow road to self-denial that we find the broad road of success and peace.

I think that is soooo yrue. The one thing I have learned about happiness is that it is a choice. People can choose to be happy with their lives and greatful for what they have or they can be miserable.

Wow, this touched my heart. Thank you. Your words are the truth in spite of the fact that the “self-denial” sounds rush, but what does the expression mean in the concrete?
When I accept THAT as the shift from the personal plans to improve the world to living in gratitude (from the boasting of self achievements), success and peace become my reality in spite I am recognized as the incurable.

Thank you for the wonderful article, for your awe inspiring attitude towards the life. The last refreshes the most indeed.
